KIS FASAMS File Splitter

or three parts. Some EHR systems generate files that are larger than what you—or your Managing Entity—may
prefer to process at once. This tool helps you break them down quickly and efficiently.

Each split file is automatically named using the correct FASAMS naming convention, ensuring compliance and
consistency.

KIS FASAMS Service File Reader
This powerful yet easy-to-use application reads your FASAMS Service file and provides a clear, copy-and-paste-ready
breakdown of key metrics, including:
- Number of services by OCA  
- Number of raw units by OCA  
- Number of raw units by Covered Service  
You can also generate a filtered version of your Service file that includes only the OCA and Covered Service
combinations you select.

Many EHR systems produce year-to-date or unfiltered FASAMS Service files, which can be cumbersome to process.
This tool allows you to isolate and format only the data you need—reducing processing time and minimizing the
risk of errors when resubmitting partial data.
